The Hedera community has an information problem.

Unstealth aims to fix that.

The Hedera community has been in the dark about what exactly is happening on the network for too long. Let’s bring this network out of stealth.

The short version

What is Unstealth?

Unstealth is a crowdsourced intelligence platform for Hedera. Its primary purpose is to improve the community's access to information about what's happening on the network.

Research

Unstealth builds on data from existing network explorers, Sourcify, Hgraph and public mirror nodes to provide much improved research tools.

Contribute

Unstealth will allow community members to contribute what they know about the identity and ownership of accounts, contracts, tokens and topics on the network. This information can then be added to, edited and refined by other members.

Curate

Members will be able to vote on the quality of contributions, allowing the higher quality ones to rise and the lower quality ones to be removed.

Tools & Features

At launch Unstealth’s capabilities will include

Community attribution of entity names, organisation membership and sector

Anyone will be able to name any entity on the network, tag it with a sector like DeFi or memecoins, create an organisation (such as SaucerSwap or Dovu) and add entities to it. As the data matures, it will show not just what individual accounts and contracts do, but how much activity and fees each organisation and use case generates.

Every naming and membership decision will be anchored on Hedera, as a fingerprint published to a public Hedera Consensus Service topic. If a record were later altered, deleted or backdated, even by us, it would no longer match. The fingerprints reveal nothing about the data itself.

Organisation / use case metrics

Unstealth will track the network traffic and fees generated by each use case, so the community can see at a glance which ones are driving growth.

SaucerSwap’s organisation page: fees generated, transactions and active members over the last week, above its 55 listed members

Identification of unannounced use cases

Louvain community detection and carefully tuned heuristics will surface likely use cases and suspected fleets of accounts run by a single operator: a starting point for identifying what’s still unknown on the network.

Potential use cases: 23 unnamed contract clusters, each with a confidence rating and the fees it generated

Better network data to aid identification

Entity pages will gather what you need to work out what an entity is: its holdings, recent transaction mix, top counterparties, transaction and memo history, and the entities it has created.

The Interaction Map will chart an entity’s recent interactions, so you can see at a glance what it does and who it deals with.

Roadmap

Where we’re headed.

  1. Oct 2026

    Private beta begins

A first group of testers gets the full toolset on Hedera mainnet: naming entities, building organisations and tracing what the network is really doing. What they find, and what they tell us, shapes what we ship.

  2. Late 2026

    Live product launch

Unstealth opens to the whole Hedera community. Anyone can explore the network, and anyone can help name it.

  3. Early 2027

    Token launch

The Unstealth token launches, and with it a way to reward the people who build the picture: users will earn tokens for their contributions to Unstealth. The token will also power features we have planned for the platform. We’ll share the details with the community well ahead of time.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What Unstealth is, how to get in, and why you can trust what it shows you.

Unstealth

What is Unstealth?

A crowdsourced intelligence platform for Hedera. Look up any account, contract or organisation, see what it is doing on the network and, together with the rest of the community, work out who is behind it.

Who is it for?

Anyone who wants to understand what is really happening on Hedera: builders sizing up the ecosystem, investors doing their homework, researchers and journalists, and anyone curious about who is using the network and how.

How much will it cost to use?

Nothing. Unstealth will be free to use.

What will the token be used for?

It will reward users for their contributions to Unstealth, and power features we have planned for the platform. It is due to launch in early 2027, and we will share the details with the community well ahead of time.

The beta

How do I join the private beta?

Request access with the form on this page. We are bringing testers on in small groups, and we will email you when a spot opens.

Do I need a Hedera wallet?

No. You can sign in with your email or a Google account. Connecting a Hedera wallet is optional, but it unlocks some extra features, such as using an NFT you own as your profile picture, and proving you own the account gives your votes on names more weight.

Names & data

Who decides what an entity is called?

The community. Names are settled by a weighted vote rather than handed down by moderators, and every name carries the evidence behind it.

How do I know the data hasn’t been changed?

Every decision about a name or an organisation membership is anchored on Hedera, through a public Hedera Consensus Service topic. If a record were altered afterwards, even by us, it would no longer match what is on chain.

Which network does it cover?

Hedera mainnet.
